Our warranty policy is designed to ensure the highest quality and customer satisfaction. We provide a warranty only for work where the preparatory work has been done by us. If the preparatory work was done elsewhere, unfortunately, we cannot offer a warranty on our work. This applies to all our services, including eyelash extensions and gel polish on toenails. This way, we can stand 100% behind our work and provide the best possible service to our customers.

Work Done Elsewhere

Customer satisfaction and high-quality workmanship are our top priorities. If you come to us and the preparatory work on your nails or eyelashes has been done elsewhere, we will first check the quality of the work. If the preparatory work is poorly done, we will need to remove the existing nails or eyelashes and start from scratch. This will include an additional removal fee. This procedure ensures that the final result is of the highest quality and lasts as long as possible.
